For 22 years, teacher Nakato endured heartbreaking infertility, a miscarriage, and breast cancer that claimed her left breast. Blocked tubes shattered natural hopes—but her faith and determination never wavered.

In 2018, after saving for costly IVF, she conceived Uganda’s first IVF quintuplets: Rhoda, Rowena, Rodney, Raymond, and Rachael—tiny miracles born at 33 weeks!


Now home, exhaustion reigns: 30+ diapers daily, endless feedings on formula. “When one cries, all follow,” she smiles wearily. Yet, gazing at their faces, all pain fades.
