Trade schools deserve the same respect as college degrees.

When I was coming out of high school, those of us who chose the trades were often seen as “less than.”
I felt it — and so did many others.

It’s strange how culture can take something like education and use it to judge or define people, instead of simply looking at the quality of a person 🤍
Their work ethic.
Their integrity.Their character.

A path doesn’t determine worth.
