During a virtual deposition before the House Oversight Committee, Ghislaine Maxwell’s attorney said she would be willing to “speak fully and honestly” — and clear Donald Trump’s name — if granted presidential clemency.

Her lawyer also stated that both Trump and former President Bill Clinton are innocent of wrongdoing related to Jeffrey Epstein. Trump has not ruled out the possibility of a pardon or sentence commutation.
