Sgt. 1st Class Noah L. Tietjens, 42, of Bellevue, Nebraska, was killed on March 1, 2026, when a drone struck his position in Kuwait during Operation Epic Fury. 🕊️

An Army Reserve soldier with the 103rd Sustainment Command in Des Moines, Iowa, Sgt. Tietjens played a vital role supporting troops by ensuring they had the equipment, vehicles, and supplies needed to carry out their mission. 🪖🚚

He first enlisted in 2006 as a wheeled vehicle mechanic and dedicated nearly two decades of service to the Army. Over the years, he deployed to Kuwait in 2009 and again in 2019, continuing his commitment to serve wherever he was needed. 🌍

Throughout his career, Sgt. Tietjens earned the Meritorious Service Medal along with multiple commendations, reflecting his leadership, dedication, and quiet strength. 🎖️
