Wrong Turn 10: 24 Hours

Rating: 3/5 Bloody Marathon

The Wrong Turn franchise has been going for over two decades, churning out brutal, low-budget horror films about mutated cannibals in the woods. Wrong Turn 10: 24 Hours embraces its B-movie roots and delivers exactly what fans expect: gore, screams, and creative kills.

The plot is simple and effective. A group of young influencers, chasing clout, decides to spend 24 hours in the infamous “cannibal woods” for a livestream event. They bring cameras, drones, and way too much confidence. The Foundation (as the cannibals are now called) is not amused. What follows is a bloody game of cat and mouse as the influencers are picked off one by one, their screams broadcast to thousands of viewers who think it’s all a bit.

The kills are creative—a drone used as a weapon, a live stream that becomes a snuff film, a chase through a booby-trapped forest. The social commentary about content culture is heavy-handed but effective. It’s not The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, but it’s a fun, gory ride for horror fans.

The Verdict: A solid, self-aware entry in a long-running franchise. It knows it’s stupid, and it has fun with it.
