A Ukrainian mother, Oksana Kobeletskaya, has captured hearts around the world after sharing breathtaking photographs of her quintuplets—two girls and three boys—whom she affectionately calls her “five pearls.”

Oksana, already a mother of one, and her husband were both overjoyed and astonished when their family suddenly grew from three to six children overnight with the birth of the quintuplets.

“We couldn’t believe it at first,” Oksana said. “It was the biggest surprise of our lives—and the most beautiful one.”
