In a dim room, silence weighs heavy after a grueling 15-hour surgery that drained every drop of strength from these doctors.

One snaps a weary selfie  , while his colleagues collapse into deep sleep—bodies surrendered to exhaustion.
No glamour here: skipped meals  , aching backs  , total depletion… all to save a stranger’s life.
They poured everything into a miracle we take for granted.

This is true sacrifice—the unspoken cost of healing. Thank you, heroes.
