Born with a rare and massive tumor, Braian weighed just 2.8 kg, while the tumor itself weighed nearly 800 grams.

Diagnosed with an epignathus tumor, Braian faced immediate life-threatening challenges.

At birth, he needed to be intubated, suffered multiple cardiorespiratory arrests, and underwent a difficult surgery to remove the tumor, which accounted for nearly a third of his body weight.
