Stronger Than I Ever Knew

I never imagined my body could do this. I hoped to breastfeed, without pressure or guilt—believing that fed is best. What followed surprised me: nearly a year of exclusively tandem breastfeeding my twin girls.

This journey has been sleepless, demanding, messy—and incredibly beautiful. My body carried, birthed, and nourished life, proving its quiet strength day after day.

As their first birthday nears, I don’t know what comes next—but I know this: every wriggle, every shared smile, every tiny hand reaching for the other has been worth it. I’ve never felt more tired… or more proud.
