Dramatic video captured a police K-9 biting down on a suspect’s arm and dragging him from a vehicle during an apparent standoff in San Bernardino.
The incident unfolded around midnight Thursday in strip mall parking lot at 5200 University Parkway, where police deployed the dog after a more than hourlong standoff, according to a videographer at the scene.

Once outside the car, a group of police officers are seen swarming the suspect and handcuffing him before brining him to his feet.
He was arrested without further incident, according to the videographer, who reported that San Bernardino County Fire personnel also responded to evaluate the suspect but did not take him to a hospital.
