Ski mask wearing thugs attack 24-year-old as he walked to pizza shop
A 24-year-old man got the dough kicked out of him outside a pizza shop when a mob of suspects allegedly tore a gold chain from his neck, knocked him to the pavement, and unleashed a vicious group beating, according to police.
The victim was walking to a Little Caesars near the intersection of 17th and Fairview streets in Santa Ana when he was confronted by the group, the Santa Ana Police Department said. Authorities have not released the date of the attack.

Police said one suspect came up behind the victim, grabbed his gold chain and ripped it from his neck.
Seconds later, multiple suspects shoved the man to the ground, where they repeatedly punched and kicked him.
Surveillance cameras captured the violent assault as additional suspects rushed in to join the attack before the entire group fled the scene.
The victim described the suspects as Black males wearing ski masks.

The latest violence comes just weeks after a chaotic confrontation in downtown Santa Ana, where five people were arrested when a crowd allegedly attacked officers trying to detain a man for drinking in public.
The incident, captured in a viral video that showed officers grappling with multiple people and using a baton during the melee, remains under an internal use-of-force investigation, according to ABC.
Detectives need the public’s assistance in identifying multiple suspects who assaulted and robbed a 24-year-old man near 17th and Fairview Streets.
