For Our Brave Girl, Sasha

For Our Brave Girl, Sasha
This morning, the world fell silent. Our sweet Sasha took her final breath, wrapped in our arms and surrounded by love. She asked us to hold her tight — and we did, until her brave little heart grew still. The quiet that followed was unbearable; it felt as if even the air refused to move.
For months, we fought beside her — through every treatment, every prayer, every sleepless night. We clung to hope as her small body battled a cancer that refused to yield. Day by day, the illness stole her strength, her breath, and finally, her life. Yet even as her lungs weakened, Sasha smiled. She whispered words of love. She comforted us.
In her final moments, mercy found her. The pain faded, her breathing softened, and she rested peacefully. Her body was still, but her spirit shone bright — free at last from the suffering that bound her for so long.
Sasha was, and will always be, a miracle wrapped in fragility. She showed us the meaning of courage, the depth of love, and the strength that can live inside the smallest heart. Even in her final days, she taught us that love is stronger than fear.
Though our world is quieter now, her light continues to burn — in every heart she touched, in every tear we wipe away, and in every step we take forward.
Our children deserve better. They deserve hope, healing, and a future free from pain. If Sasha’s story inspires even the smallest act of compassion or change, then her light will never fade.
Rest peacefully, our brave girl. We will keep fighting — for you, and because of you.
