Archaeologists have uncovered an incredibly rare 5,000-year-old tomb containing multiple skeletons during a dig on one of the Orkney Islands.
The Neolithic structure features a large central stone chamber built within a cairn — a man-made burial mound — surrounded by six smaller rooms. 🪨
Inside one side chamber, researchers found 14 articulated skeletons of men, women, and children, along with pottery, stone tools, and a bone pin. 🦴
