A NINE-month-old baby boy has died after a driver allegedly plowed into a mom pushing her two children in a stroller outside a grocery store.

The mother and her five-year-old daughter were also injured in the horror crash in a New Jersey parking lot and remain in hospital.

Cops say Maria CobonGuzman, 20, was behind the wheel of a Ford Fusion when she allegedly struck the family outside the NPGS grocery store in Jackson Township at around 11.55am on Friday.

The mom had been pushing a baby carriage carrying her nine-month-old son and five-year-old daughter when they were hit, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office.

All three were rushed to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, where the baby boy was tragically pronounced dead.

His mother and sister remain hospitalized in stable condition, officials said.

Investigators later discovered CobonGuzman allegedly did not have a valid driver’s license – and had never possessed one in New Jersey or any other state, NBC Philadelphia reports.

She has now been charged with manslaughter, operating a motor vehicle without ever having possessed or been issued a valid driver’s license while involved in a fatal motor vehicle crash, and two counts of assault by auto.

A second woman, Ariadna Lazaro-Flores, 22, has also been charged over the tragedy.

Authorities allege Lazaro-Flores knew CobonGuzman had never held a valid license but nevertheless allowed her to drive the vehicle.

Lazaro-Flores was charged with knowingly engaging in conduct creating a substantial risk of death to another.

Both women were taken into custody and transported to Ocean County Jail, where they were being held pending a detention hearing.

The devastating crash remains under investigation by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office and several local law enforcement agencies.

Prosecutors stressed that the charges are accusations and that both defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
