CHILD-killer Axel Rudakubana lied and manipulated at least 26 times as he conned authorities before the Southport attack, The Sun on Sunday has found.

The 19-year-old monster, who murdered three girls in a stab attack at a dance class in 2024, has been trying to fool police, doctors and social workers from the age of 13.

Our dossier today comes after the killer was accused of gaming the system by securing a transfer from prison to Broadmoor Hospital.

Shadow Justice Secretary Nick Timothy said: “These incidents show a vile man who has repeatedly lied, manipulated and tried to hide the truth.

“It proves Rudakubana would say anything in pursuit of a transfer to a more comfortable facility.”

Families of Rudakubana’s victims slammed the Government for allowing the killer, who has never been diagnosed with a mental illness, to move from a Category A jail to a dorm-style room with TV access.

He is serving a minimum 52-year term for murdering Alice da Silva Aguiar, nine, Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, and Bebe King, six, in the Merseyside town.

Reports by Sir Adrian Fulford, who is chairing the Southport Inquiry, have listed at least 26 examples of the killer’s lies or manipulation between 2019 and the attack on July 29, 2024.

Rudakubana was 13 when he lied to social worker Anna Jameson after he used a hockey stick to assault a pupil at a school.

The report said: “Ms Jameson agreed that in some of his answers [Rudakubana] may have been attempting to manipulate her, in particular in relation to the degree of remorse he felt about the attack.”

In 2022, he was caught with a kitchen knife on a bus. He told cops a doctor had said the best way to get officers to seize his phone was to commit a serious crime.

He went on to tell them he wanted his mobile taken so they would delete embarrassing TikTok videos he could not remove himself.

In a third trick, Rudakubana manipulated medical staff to get his hands on antidepressant drugs.

And while at school, the knife-obsessed fiend concocted a cover-up when caught looking at US school shootings on a classroom computer.

He lied to Prevent officers and social care staff, claiming he only clicked a random Yahoo news link.

Analysis later proved he actively searched for notable massacres.

Six days before Rudakubana committed the murders, mental health services closed their case on him and assessed he posed no risk.

His move from Belmarsh prison, in South East London, to Broadmoor high-security psychiatric hospital, Berks, would cost taxpayers about £13million extra if he remains there for the next 50 years.

Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp said: “Broadmoor has a much softer regime than Belmarsh.

“Although it is secure, it is not a prison. He did not plead mental health issues at his trial, yet now claims to have them.”

Zia Yusuf, Reform UK’s Home Affairs Spokesman, said: “As well as being a depraved murderer, Axel Rudakubana is unsurprisingly a pathological liar.

“Throughout his life he has sought to dodge responsibility for his actions.

“Society has absolutely no obligation to accommodate a man who has so completely rejected basic humanity.”

Mark Fairhurst, of the Prison Officers’ Association, called the move “sickening”.

He added: “Rudakubana is not mentally unwell. He is playing the system and is evil.”

Rudakubana allegedly hurled scalding water at a guard in 2025.

Former prison governor Vanessa Frake said: “It’s not unheard of for prisoners to fake it to get a move, but Rudakubana will not have an easy ride at Broadmoor. They will be watching his every move.

“It’s a decision prisons and ministers play no part in — it’s entirely down to the mental health team whether and when he is moved.”

The Ministry of Justice said: “The offender will rightly spend the entirety of his 52-year custodial sentence locked up, and is unlikely to ever be released. High-secure hospitals are not places of freedom.

“He will remain under constant supervision in a high-security psychiatric unit, and be returned to prison as soon as possible.

“The transfer of an offender follows a robust clinical assessment.”

The victims will be remembered with a three-minute silence in the town from 3pm on Wednesday to mark two years since the murders.
