ST. LOUIS, Missouri — Music legend Lionel Richie has been hospitalized in an intensive care unit after appearing visibly unwell during a concert in St. Louis, raising fresh concerns about the 77-year-old singer’s health just weeks after a previous onstage medical scare.

Richie reportedly checked himself into a local hospital following his performance at The Muny on Saturday night, where doctors are conducting tests while investigating what sources describe as possible dehydration.
