A HUSBAND’S desperate 911 call after finding his wife stabbed to death at home has been revealed as the hunt for her killer continues.

Brooke Hanlon, 35, was found unconscious on the second floor of her Chester, New Jersey, home with multiple stab wounds by her husband Conor on June 6.

Harrowing 911 audio reveals the moment Brooke’s husband Conor found her unconscious and bleeding

In the harrowing audio from the call made at 4:29pm, he can be heard screaming and crying, making desperate and at times, inaudible pleas with the dispatcher.

“Oh my god I need an ambulance, I need an ambulance,” he cried.

“I just found my wife [inaudible] I need CPR…CPR instructions. Oh my god there’s a laceration in her chest… no… no.. no…

“There’s blood. I need you here immediately. Oh my god…I don’t know what to do…there’s blood everywhere.”

Hanlon continued crying and hyperventilating before being brought back into focus by the dispatcher who counted along with him to help perform CPR.

“I’ve got this, you’ve got this Brooke come on..come on…” he said.

He then went on to tell the dispatcher that he could see a large cut under her breast.

Emergency responders could be heard entering the property and taking over.

Brooke’s death was noted as suspicious in a report by the dispatcher less than 15 minutes after the 911 call began.

Her autopsy confirmed her cause of death as “multiple sharp force injuries” and determined it a homicide, per the Morris County Medical Examiner’s Office.

She was a licensed psychotherapist. The pair met while studying in Boston and welcomed their first child in July 2025, who is being cared for by her family members.

“This remains an active and ongoing investigation by the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office, Chester Township Police Department, and Morris County Sheriff’s Office CSI,” the prosecutor’s office said in June.

A $1,000 reward for information is being offered and so far no suspects have been named and no arrests made.

Conor Hanlon, who has no criminal record, has retained a lawyer but has not been charged or accused of any wrongdoing, Fox News Digital reported.

“Brooke was the sweetest, purest person that I have ever known in my entire life,” her sister Paige told the news outlet.

She added that the “only saving grace” is her niece.
