THE ex-husband of Lindsay Clancy, who strangled their three children to death after allegedly suffering from postpartum depression, is set to give his first TV interview alongside his new wife.

His remarriage was also thrust into the spotlight as baseless conspiracy theories about the children’s deaths spread online.

Now his wife, Dr. Rachel Danis, will break her silence as she joins Patrick for the bombshell interview.

Clancy has not denied strangling their three children to death with exercise bands in 2023, and instead sought an insanity defense in her case that ultimately ended in a mistrial on September 4.

Her legal team are trying to block another trial in the coming months.

Patrick’s full interview with 60 Minutes will air on Sunday night, but the TV magazine has already released snippets of what’s to come.

In a teaser released on Thursday afternoon, Danis is seen taking a seat alongside Patrick as the couple sit down with CBS correspondent Ross Douthat.

She appears composed wearing a black dress with white trim as a producer attaches a microphone to her.

Patrick and Lindsay divorced following the killings, and he went on to marry Danis, a 37-year-old reproductive specialist, in April 2026.

The couple now live together in Midtown Manhattan after Patrick moved to New York in an attempt to rebuild his life following the deaths of his three children.

But details of his new marriage became public as Lindsay stood trial, triggering intense interest in Patrick’s life in the years since the tragedy.

It also came as wild and baseless conspiracy theories surrounding the case exploded across social media.

Internet sleuths have accused Patrick of somehow being behind his children’s deaths, with TikTokers and content creators pushing defamatory claims and videos that racked up views online.

Some even attempted to pick apart his actions on the night of the killings and his subsequent relationship with Danis as supposed evidence of their theories.

There is no evidence Patrick had anything to do with the murders and police have never identified him as a suspect.

He has also been publicly backed by Lindsay’s legal team, which has repeatedly rejected the online speculation surrounding him.

Patrick is now expected to confront those accusations during the 60 Minutes interview as he speaks publicly about how his life has changed since the killings.

In another emotional teaser released Thursday, Patrick revealed that he still turns to his children for support.

“I talk to them,” Patrick said.

When asked what he says to his kids, he replied, “‘Help me.’ All the time.”

Patrick was the person who made the horrific discovery at the family’s Duxbury home on January 24, 2023.

He had returned home after briefly leaving to pick up takeout and medicine for Cora when he found Lindsay on the ground in the backyard.

She had jumped from an upstairs window in a suicide attempt.

Patrick then raced into the basement, where he found five-year-old Cora, three-year-old Dawson and eight-month-old Callan with exercise bands wrapped around their necks.

All three children later died.

He took to the stand during Clancy’s murder trial as the devastating 911 call was played for jurors.

Lindsay’s defense argued that she was suffering from postpartum psychosis and lacked criminal responsibility when she killed the children.

Her trial ultimately ended in a mistrial after jurors were unable to reach a unanimous verdict following days of deliberations.

CBS News said the interview will see Patrick discuss his ongoing battle with grief and Lindsay’s declining mental health in the months leading up to the killings.

He will also address the conspiracy theories that flooded social media accusing him of being involved in their deaths.

Danis’ decision to appear beside him will offer the first public glimpse into the new life the couple have built together.
