Pizza delivery driver lured to empty apartment, killed by 14-year-old: police

A 14-year-old boy allegedly ordered pizzas to an abandoned apartment, then fatally shot the delivery driver in the head upon arrival.

According to court records obtained by Law&Crime, WCAU, and WPVI, 28-year-old Anshul Kuncha, a pizza delivery driver, was sent to an apartment at around 12:30 a.m. on June 5 to deliver three pizzas. Kuncha dropped off the pizzas at the requested location, which investigators later learned was a vacant apartment, per the court documents.

Police obtained surveillance video that showed Kuncha walking to the apartment door, at which point two figures in dark clothing reportedly began following him. After making the delivery and standing in front of the apartment door, one of the figures pulled out a firearm and shot Kuncha in the head before robbing him, police said. First responders found Kuncha suffering from a gunshot wound to the head and took him to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators reportedly connected 14-year-old Sincere Camps to the shooting through undisclosed means. He was arrested and charged with murder, conspiracy, robbery inflicting serious bodily injury, possession of an instrument of crime with intent.
