Chilling surveillance footage captured Idaho In-N-Out gunman Chad Williams’ every move as he carried out his horror rampage that left three dead and seven wounded.

The video, released by the Twin Falls Police Department on Friday, starts off with Williams, 24, pulling up to the trendy eatery’s drive-thru in a white Honda Civic last week.

After he’s seen rolling down his car window at the payment window, the clip briefly stalls and blurs while a narrator explains that, in that moment, Williams pulled out a gun and shot In-N-Out employee Ashley Garibay, who later succumbed to her injuries.

Williams’ car then moves a few feet forward before the video shows him toting a black handgun and walking toward the drive-thru’s second window – where he fatally shoots the second victim, 59-year-old Christopher Claunch, who was inside another car, according to the narrator.

At that moment, former Twin Falls and Idaho State Police Officer Austin “AJ” Scott starts running toward the gunman, the heart-racing video shows.

The footage captures Williams then pointing his gun at Scott before he fires, striking the ex-cop in the carnage — which cops have yet to release a motive for.

A wounded Scott pulls out his own handgun while then preparing to confront Williams in a different area of the parking lot.

But “due to [Scott’s] severe injury and blood loss, he is pulled back into his vehicle before going to the hospital,” the narrator explains — as the clip shows another individual grabbing Scott by his shirt into one of at least five cars in line for the drive-thru.

Scott’s father has since written on Facebook that his son was “critically injured” and now faces “a long road of surgeries, recovery and rehab.”

The terrifying surveillance video eventually pans to show Williams peering back into the restaurant’s payment window, where he fires another shot at employees who were inside rendering aid to Garibay, 23.

At that point, his handgun jams, so he heads back to his car to retrieve a rifle before going into the restaurant, the narrator says.

Surveillance footage taken from inside the eatery’s kitchen shows at least nine employees frantically scrambling over each other on the ground while an off-duty Idaho State Police trooper, seen waving one hand and holding a back handgun in the other, motions for them to evacuate the area.

Williams – now toting a giant rifle – is seen firing at more people in their cars in the drive-thru line, according to the heinous footage.

When he goes back to the payment window, Williams comes face-to-face with the unidentified trooper, and they exchange fire.

Williams then retreats from the window momentarily before returning and firing another shot inside – striking “a Good Samaritan who is attempting to assist the off-duty trooper and render aid to the victim inside,” the narrator says.

Moments later, a woman fleeing the inside of the restaurant is seen running along the perimeter of the building before eventually encountering Williams near his parked car.

He lunges toward the woman but takes off running in the other direction after she quickly ducks behind his car.

Williams then opens fire at multiple vehicles stopped at a nearby red light, striking three victims, before running to a nearby Tesla charging station, according to the narrator.

There, he fires at the first Tesla he sees before fatally shooting Dale Schultz, 66, and hitting the man’s now gravely injured wife, Reinette, inside their car – all while a third armed good Samaritan is firing back at him, the narrator says.

Williams, still holding his gun, is seen scouring around inside the nearby Twin Falls Visitor’s Center before walking to a hiking trail, where a brave bystander tried to engage him to give others time to run away.

The gunman fires at the man but misses, then runs up the path as many armed police officers are seen scouring the area.

An officer’s bodycam footage captures the moment he spots Williams on a nearby river bank.

“Hey, show me your hands!” the officer yells.

At that very moment, Williams “dies of a self-inflicted gunshot wound and falls into the canyon,” the narrator says as the video ends.

After that, officers immediately began “to investigate claims of a second gunman and return to render aid to the victims” alongside other first responders, according to a slide shown at the end of the clip.

“The Twin Falls Police Department is certain that additional acts of heroism and rendering aid to those in need contributed to the saving of lives,” the statement reads.

“At least ten people were left injured from the mass shooting, which remains under investigation, according to the department.”
