Travis Kelce’s personal trainer leaks his NFL retirement date as Chiefs star is spotted working out ahead of season

TRAVIS Kelce’s personal trainer has leaked the Kansas City Chiefs star’s retirement date.

The Chiefs star has been spotted working out ahead of the 2026 NFL season.

Kelce, 36, is entering his final season in the NFL.

That is at least according to his personal trainer during a recent visit to Johnny O’s Gymnasium in Boca Raton, Florida.

Gym owner Johnny Olsen paid tribute to the tight end as he thanked Kelce for his use of the gym.

“Some relationships in this business go beyond just training — Travis Kelce is one of them,” Olsen said on Instagram. “Travis, thank you for your loyalty, your friendship, and for showing up year after year.

“Andrew [Spruill] and all of us at Johnny O’s are behind you all the way this season. Go get it, and we will be seeing you in five years wearing a gold jacket at the Pro Football Hall of Fame”

Olsen included a picture of himself alongside a sweat-drenched Kelce at his Florida gym.

Of course, players must be retired for five years before they are eligible to be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

This means that Kelce will be eligible in 2031 if he retires after the 2026 NFL season.

Kelce’s future has also appeared to be confirmed by former NFL wide receiver Cris Carter, 60.

Carter also shared a picture with Kelce at Johnny O’s Gymnasium.

“Andrew [Spruill] and I started with Travis before his rookie year in the NFL,” Carter wrote over his Instagram post.

“Now the   is preparing for THE LAST DANCE. Next stop Canton/HOF.”

Retirement rumors have surrounded Kelce after a disappointing 2025 season with the Chiefs.

His recent marriage to popstar Taylor Swift, 36, has furthered speculation that Kelce could soon quit football.

However, the tight end is signed to a three-year $54.7 million contract with the Chiefs.

Kelce has since returned to practice ahead of the Chiefs’ 2026 season-opener against the Denver Broncos on Monday, September 14.
