The highest court in Ohio has again slapped down “hell on wheels” killer Mackenzie Shirilla‘s bid to have her case reopened — marking the end of her appeals in the state.

The latest legal blow to Shirilla — who is serving 15 years to life behind bars for intentionally slamming her car into a building, killing her boyfriend, Dominic Russo, and a close pal, Davion Flanagan, in 2022 — was handed down Tuesday.

“It is ordered by the court that the motion for reconsideration in this case is denied,” Supreme Court of Ohio Chief Justice Sharon L. Kennedy penned, according to the ruling obtained by WOIO.

Mackenzie Shirilla was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 15 years for the fatal July 2022 car crash.

Shirilla was convicted of murder for the deadly 2022 wreck which killed her boyfriend, Dominic Russo, 20, and Davion Flanagan, 19.

The decision marks the end of Shirilla’s desperate attempts at freedom, according to WJW.

Shirilla’s attorneys filed a motion on July 6 requesting the Buckeye State’s top court reconsider hearing her appeals, which were denied back in June.

The Ohio Supreme Court denied a request to review Shirilla’s post-conviction appeals on June 23 — ruling that the petition was filed late and the trial court lacked jurisdiction to excuse the delay, WOIO reported.

Shirilla broke down in court as the judge called her “literal hell on wheels.”

Shirilla was found to have intentionally slammed on the gas pedal, flooring it up to 100 miles per hour before smashing into a brick wall.

Meanwhile, a petition was also filed in federal court, Ohio’s Northern District, by Shirilla, arguing that her 2023 murder trial and imprisonment violated her constitutional rights to due process and that her attorneys didn’t do enough to help her, according to WJW.

That case remains pending.

Shirilla, 22, remains incarcerated at the Ohio Reformatory for Women, where she infamously took a dead-eyed, pouty-faced selfie from behind bars.

Shirilla’s latest bid for an appeal was denied by the Ohio Supreme Court Chief Justice on Tuesday.

She was found guilty in August 2023 on four counts of felonious assault and two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide for the July 2022 wreck that killed Russo and Flanagan.

Shirilla is locked up at the Ohio Reformatory for Women.

It was determined that Shirilla intentionally slammed on the gas of her Toyota Camry, flooring it to 100 miles per hour before crashing into a brick wall.

After being found guilty, she broke down in tears as the judge called her a “literal hell on wheels.”

She was sentenced to life in prison with parole eligibility after 15 years served.

The killer’s first parole hearing is slated for 2037, when she will be 33.

Shirilla’s case was the focus of the hit Netflix documentary “The Crash” released in May, which garnered national and international attention.
