Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann Make Rare Joint Appearance After Son’s Shocking Arrest

Kim Zolciak and estranged husband Kroy Biermann put their bitter differences aside for a family moment Sunday — appearing at the same place for the first time since their teenage son’s arrest.

The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star and the ex-NFL player were both spotted at their 14-year-old son Kash’s high school football game in Alpharetta, Georgia, according to photos obtained by Page Six.

The unexpected reunion comes as the estranged couple continues to navigate a contentious divorce — and just days after their 15-year-old son, Kroy “KJ” Jagger Biermann Jr., was arrested on serious sexual-assault allegations.

Zolciak arrived at the football game with daughter Kaia, 12, wearing an all-black outfit and white sneakers. She wore her long blond hair down as she watched from the sidelines.

Biermann, 40, arrived separately in a blue hoodie, khaki shorts and flip-flops.

But the former couple did not appear to spend much time together.

Biermann left the game roughly 30 minutes after Zolciak arrived.

Still, their appearance at the same venue marked a notable moment for the family, which has been locked in a highly publicized divorce and custody dispute since splitting in 2023.

Their son’s arrest has thrown the family into turmoil

KJ, 15, is currently being held without bond at Atlanta’s Metro Regional Youth Detention Center after his Aug. 17 arrest.

According to Fulton County Juvenile Court documents, a female classmate accused the teenager of sexually assaulting her at a Life Time fitness center in Alpharetta on April 23.

The allegations include aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.

The allegations remain unproven, and KJ has denied wrongdoing through his attorney.

His mother has also fiercely defended him.

In a statement to Page Six, Zolciak described the accusations as “reckless and deeply troubling” and said her son “categorically denies” the alleged conduct.

She also claimed KJ voluntarily took a polygraph examination and said testing found no DNA belonging to her son.

Zolciak further alleged that the accuser had made similar accusations involving two other people, which she said raised questions that should be examined during the investigation.

KJ’s attorney has likewise urged the public not to prejudge the teenager while the legal process moves forward.

A court hearing is scheduled for Sept. 1.

Kim has remained in the public eye

Despite the family turmoil, Zolciak has continued making public appearances.

Earlier this week, she was photographed having dinner in Palm Beach, Florida, with Kash and her boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz.

The reality star appeared dressed up for the outing, wearing a form-fitting black dress and strappy heels.

She has also previously been spotted driving around Alpharetta following news of KJ’s arrest.

Kroy, meanwhile, has largely stayed out of the spotlight regarding the allegations against their son.

The former NFL player and Zolciak were married for 11 years before their split in 2023.

Since then, their relationship has been marked by a bitter divorce battle involving finances, their home and custody of their four minor children: KJ, Kash and 12-year-old twins Kaia and Kane.

The former couple also share daughters Brielle, 29, and Ariana, 24, from Zolciak’s previous relationship, whom Kroy legally adopted.

A family under intense scrutiny

Sunday’s football game offered a rare glimpse of Kim and Kroy in the same place as their family faces another major crisis.

While the estranged couple did not appear to arrive together or publicly reconcile, both showed up to support their son Kash.

Their appearance comes as KJ remains detained and prepares for his upcoming court hearing.

For now, the family’s attention appears firmly focused on their children — even as the former couple’s already complicated relationship faces another intense chapter.
