THIS is the shocking moment teenagers shoot fireworks off the back of a truck, allegedly killing a driver and sparking destructive fires.

The fireworks are alleged to have sparked a massive 10,000-acre blaze which ripped apart 19 homes and dozens of structures.

During the alleged ordeal, which took place shortly after midnight on July 4, the suspect and several pals shot sparklers off a truck on Highway 97.

In the astonishing footage, someone in the clip can be heard yelling “Shoot it at them, shoot it at them!”

The group are heard giggling as loud blasts ring out.

Another person in the clip chimes in: “Don’t tell them who was shooting though.”

The men, sat on the bed of an accelerating 2016 Dodge Ram truck, are also seen filming as the fireworks shoot off.

One of these sparklers allegedly kicked off a sprawling 10,000-acre inferno in Chelan Hills which killed one person and injured six firefighters this summer.

Earlier this month, the deceased was identified as Robert Lister, 69, whose car swerved off road during the blaze.

The fire also destroyed more than 100 structures – including 19 homes.

Local authorities found the firework – called a Trooper Turret – near the suspected breakout point of the inferno.

It is described as a cluster of Roman candles that can shoot 240 rounds in just 46 seconds, court documents say.

Yakimov has been charged with first-degree manslaughter, first-degree arson, first-degree malicious mischief and six counts of third-degree assault.

His bail has been set at £650,000 and his arraignment is set for September 17.

Local cops said this month authorities were seeking arrest warrants for five other suspects.

They confirmed they were all over 18 and accused them of being “complicit” in the alleged crimes.

Douglas County Sheriff Tyler Caille said: “This is complete recklessness that led to billions of dollars of loss, loss of Mr. Lister’s life, and, unfortunately, everybody involved in that is going to have to pay those consequences.”
