Teen girl, 15, ‘murdered five relatives & injured two more in targeted REVENGE attack for mom pulling her out of school’

A TEENAGE girl allegedly murdered five of her own relatives in a revenge-fueled killing spree after her parents pulled her out of school and switched her to homeschooling, her devastated father has claimed.
The 15-year-old, who has not been publicly named, allegedly carried out the targeted massacre with the help of her boyfriend, leaving five family members dead and two others seriously injured across multiple locations.

The bloodshed unfolded on Sunday in East St. Louis, Illinois, where police said the victims were deliberately targeted.
The girl’s boyfriend, 16, was charged on Tuesday with five counts of murder.
The teenage girl has been arrested but has not yet been formally charged.
Illinois State Police Director Brendan Kelly described the violence as a “targeted mass shooting.”
The girl’s father, Marcus May, has now claimed the horrifying attack came after months of escalating behavior that began when he and his ex-partner decided to remove their daughter from school.
According to May, the teen had repeatedly been getting into trouble at school, prompting her parents to switch her to home classes.
He claimed the decision enraged his daughter, who allegedly ran away from home multiple times and even stole her mother’s credit card.
May told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that five days before the shooting, his ex-partner phoned him to say their daughter had disappeared after allegedly stealing her gun.
He also claimed she had been taking part in a disturbing group chat with her boyfriend and other teenagers where they allegedly discussed killing family members.
May admitted he did not believe the threats would become reality.
He said his daughter’s mother later reported her missing and warned police the firearm had been taken, but days passed without any contact.
On the day of the massacre, May said his mother, Patricia May, had pleaded with her granddaughter to return home, insisting she could “deal with” her behavior.

Police say Shania Thompson, 25, the teen girl’s stepsister, was found inside a car behind an abandoned property

The teen’s stepbrother Quentin was discovered nearby on the opposite side of Interstate 64
May also said he contacted Davis’ parents to urge them to keep their son away from his daughter.
When he woke on Sunday morning to a flood of missed calls and messages, he said he immediately feared the worst.
Authorities later found five members of his family dead.
Police identified the victims as May’s cousin Devin May, 24, his stepchildren Quentin Thompson, 21, and Shania Thompson, 25, his mother Patricia May, 74, and his sister Cherie May, 49.
According to cops, Shania Thompson was found inside a car behind an abandoned property near May’s home, while her brother Quentin was discovered nearby on the opposite side of Interstate 64.
The remaining three victims were found at the Samuel Gompers apartment complex.
Two other people were also shot during the attack and suffered serious injuries but survived, police said.
The U.S. Sun has contacted Illinois State Police for updates on the case.
May said the scale of the tragedy has left him shattered.
“I lost my whole family in one fell swoop,” he said.
Speaking to KSDK, the grieving father said he still struggles to believe his daughter would allegedly kill members of her own family and said he “can’t show her no sympathy.”
Heartbroken relatives have also paid tribute to the victims.
Devin’s wife, Chelsey Gatlin, said her husband, who welcomed a baby daughter just a year ago, “was a great father.”
“A great person and a great man,” she said.
His sister, Miranda May, remembered him as a devoted family man.
“He loved his family. I really don’t have no words to say. I can’t believe this. They were wonderful people with good hearts,” she said.
Speaking about her grandmother Patricia, she added: “My granny is so loved. It just hurts to see that she was gone like this. It hurts so bad.”
A GoFundMe created to support surviving relatives says the family has been left “feeling broken and alone, not knowing where to turn.”“The media has called this tragedy a massacre, and the pain is compounded by the circumstances—two young family members were responsible for these devastating murders,” the fundraiser alleged.
