Parkgoers were heard screaming as she ejects from the “mini-coaster” ride in Guayaquil on the evening of July 20.

Crowds of concerned thrill- seekers rushed over to the woman who lay unconscious on the ground.

She sustained serious injuries on impact and was rushed to hospital for urgent treatment.

Local media report that her seat did not have a seatbelt.

Officials closed the amusement park for 24 hours while authorities investigated whether mechanical failures or safety breaches contributed to the incident.

Park employees suggested the woman fainted during the ride, causing her to lose her balance, according to a preliminary report.
