Mom and 2-year-old daughter killed by lightning — devastated husband ‘saw the whole thing’

A mother and one of her 2-year-old twin daughters were killed in a freak Florida lightning strike – right in front of their devastated husband and dad.

Kenya Glasgow, 31, and her young daughter Kennedi were found lying on the sidewalk in Margate after they were jolted by a bolt of lightning around 2:30 p.m Sunday, according to the Margate Police Department.

“I saw the whole thing,” Kam Glasgow told The Post through sobs on Monday, the morning after losing his wife and one of his children.
“A bolt of lightning came down, I got hit with the residuals from the ground and I looked over and that’s when I saw them,” the shattered dad added.

First responders rushed to the scene and immediately began treating the victims and performing CPR, according to police. They were rushed to separate hospitals, where the mother and daughter were each declared dead soon afterward.
