A courageous young woman cheated death after surviving several gunshot wounds from North Carolina’s Bonnie and Clyde — and then used her nose to desperately dial her boyfriend for help during the couple’s bloody rampage.

Autumn Setola, 20, was left clinging to life in an area hospital Tuesday after alleged shotgun-toting suspects Cory Armstrong, 29, and Camryn Moore, 26, opened fire inside a Gastonia home Thursday morning.

“She is independent. She is strong. … She’s a very kind girl,” Monica Shelley-Henson, the mother of Setola’s boyfriend, Jacob “Jake” Henson, told The Post.

“She’s definitely someone who will meet you where you are.”

The maniacal pair, who lived at the 2661 Forbes Road home along with Moore’s blended family, allegedly executed two people in the house and wounded Setola and her stepbrother, Keaton. It is unclear what their relationship is to the alleged shooters.

The carnage left neighbors stunned in the suburban North Carolina community — located just a few miles from the South Carolina border.

Setola was blasted twice and couldn’t feel her arms, but still heroically dialed her boyfriend “using the tip of her nose,” Shelley-Henson said.

“She said, ‘I’ve been shot by Cory [Armstrong],’” Henson told WCNC of the chilling moment he heard his girlfriend’s desperate voice.

“I ran. I had no shoes on. My shirt is backwards.”

A panicked Henson bolted out his front door barefoot, jumped into his car and frantically sped toward the Forbes Road house, phoning 911 along the way.

“[I was] driving over there and calling 911 to let them know,” he said.

Not knowing what he was heading toward, Henson was overwhelmed by fear and uncertainty, he told the outlet.

“I was freaking out. Please let her live. I didn’t know how bad it was,” he said, according to WCNC.

Paramedics were already swarming by the time Henson reached the house.

Setola and her stepbrother were rushed to CaroMont Regional Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, officials said Friday.

She remains in critical but stable condition where she has been undergoing surgeries daily, according to Shelley-Henson.

Four people were found shot inside a Gaston County house on Thursday morning.

Victoria “Heather” Moore, 50, and Josiah Bumgardner, 38 — the mother and uncle of Camryn Moore — were found dead at the scene by emergency responders.

Bumgardner had previously transitioned from a female, Megan, and had been identifying as male, according to the family.

The deadly couple then tore off across state lines into southern Ohio, triggering a manhunt that ended Friday when both died of suspected self-inflicted gunshot wounds following a wild police chase.

North Carolina authorities told The Post that both lovers’ deaths are being investigated as a possible double-suicide, though Ohio State Highway Patrol has not yet confirmed that.

It remains unclear what sparked the pair’s alleged rampage.
